1. Validity
These conditions regulate the sale and the supply of products by ABCtribe.com. ABCtribe.com can modify these conditions in the future: you will be informed of it through a notice that it will be issued on the site.
2. Contract between ABCtribe.com and You
There is no commitment between ABCtribe.com and You until ABCtribe.com has not sent you an e-mail confirming the reception of the order and its acceptance. ABCtribe.com has faculty to recede from any appointment in the case of errors or evident inaccuracies that concern the goods or the orders that appear on ABCtribe.com site.
Attention: the ordinary procedure isn�t positively concluded if some difficulties occur in the delivery to the suitable address: in this case, the client will be told to be put directly in contact and to find an alternative way to proceed.
3. Prices and availability
The prices of the ABCtribe.com products are clearly mentioned on the site and are VAT included. To the price of the product it must be added, if foreseen, the delivery cost, whose amount changes according to the requested delivery way. If the product is not available, you will be immediately informed by e-mail. Details related to price and availability as on ABCtribe.com site are submitted to change according to the management politics without any warning.
4. Product delivery 
ABCtribe.com will deliver the products if possible by email or to the address that you provided. 
The delivery times brought on ABCtribe.com are estimations exclusively based on the availability, on the normal order process and the delivery times declared by the vectors: each product shows, on its card, a standard availability time (the "typical" word is, for instance, "Normally delivered in 2 working days"). This is the necessary least time to find the product by our suppliers and to make it available to the dispatch. 
Naturally, real time will depend on the behaviour of our suppliers. ABCtribe.com can deliver the products requested in a single order with more dispatches, debiting only the expenses of the first dispatch.
5. ABCtribe.com: guarantees and returned
In case of delivery of a physical product, if you are not satisfied with the received, you can change it or to be refunded. You will have 10 days from the date of reception of the order to practice the right to recess. Returned products must be re-sent with to the transport document, behind which the motivation of the returned must be written. It is warmly recommended the recorded delivery. The shipping and handling are at you expenses, except in the case the goods were defective or damaged. ABCtribe.com will make any effort to replace the damaged or defective products. If the substitution weren�t possible, the only obligation of ABCtribe.com is to refund how much you paid, without prejudice of your rights.
7. In force legislation and competence
The contracts between ABCtribe.com and you will be submitted to the Italian legislation and all controversy they will be competency of the Court of Milan.
8. Illegitimacy of terms and conditions
If for whatever reason a part of these terms and conditions resulted invalid or ineffective, the validity and the effectiveness of the remaining terms and conditions will be fully preserved.
